I got a call from my local lender about a great new 100% financing for 1st time home buyers program. Meridian Bank is introducing a 100% Financing, CRA Program for First Time Homebuyers. This is a 30 year fixed rate, with NO mortgage insurance. Your income can be up to $84,320. Minimum borrower contribution of $1,000. Rates can change often so make sure you give us a call and check in with Meridian on the current rate.
We haven’t seen 100% financing in well over 10 years, let alone for 1st time home buyers. Check the attached flyer and contact me with any interest in finding out more about this new program.
The Real Estate market is starting to change and the CRA Program is a perfect example.

I just want to introduce myself. Being a full-time Realtor in Pennsylvania for the last 38 years has given me so many opportunities to be a successful woman in business and in life and I still love what I do. Being able to help people make the most important purchase of their life and for so many, I am helping them make their dreams come true.
I am excited to start this blog. For me, it is about having the chance to communicate with more people. In my free time, I am at my Grandkid’s baseball, softball, or basketball games, whichever is going on. One of my passions is gardening, but I am a gardener that knows nothing about gardening. I am just learning as I dig and plant. Many say I am obsessed but I say I have created my own oasis. Enjoying cooking and baking is another pleasure of mine. I usually bake a treat for my settlements, after all, who doesn’t like chocolate!
Vegan Living!
I have been Vegan for the last 11 years and love to try new recipes. Introducing vegan food to my fearful family and friends has been a welcome challenge. What most people don’t understand is I not only have given up animal products including dairy foods, I eat whole foods and have gotten away from fast food and processed food. It may take more time to cook and plan a meal, but the health benefits are worth it.
Volunteering
I am a believer in volunteering and giving back to my community. I was a Girl Scout Leader for 26 years. Now I am helping some of my girls purchase homes. Recently I was in Harrisburg advocating for legislation to help property owners. I attend Pennsylvania Association of Realtors business meetings in Harrisburg 3 times a year. this year I am on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, DEI Committee. I am serving my second 3-year term on the Board of Bucks County Association of Realtors. I am on several committees, including DEI, Education, and RPAC.
Education
In 2016 I received my CRS designation and became part of The Residential Real Estate Specialist Council now called RRC. I am very pleased to announce in my completion of the C2EX Realtors Commitment to Excellence offered by the National Association of Realtors. My goals for myself are to continue learning and being better at whatever my current undertaking is.
